IS MY DATA SECURE?

Yes. We respect your privacy, personal information, and intellectual property. We use SSL encryption to make sure your data is safe, and we permanently delete your images from our system 30 days after they have been processed (unless you specify otherwise). HOW DO I PAY?

For online retailers processing less than 10,000 images a year, we offer a pay-as-you-go service. When you place an order, you can pay using four different methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. For enterprise customers processing over 10,000 images a year, we offer monthly billing.

HOW DOES THE FREE TRIAL WORK?

All new customers receive three free trial image edits to test the quality and speed of our service. We accept most file formats, but only product photos please (no portraits, dogs, or cats, however beautiful). You will have complete access to our system and will place an order normally, but won’t be charged for your first three images.

WHAT IS YOUR DAILY CAPACITY?

Don’t worry about it. You can’t overload us; our production system has been built from the ground up with large volume orders in mind. We use both automated and manual quality control systems, so rest assured that your images will turn out just as you wanted them. Please contact our team the first time you need to have more than 1000 images edited within a 24 hour period, so we can be sure your needs are understood.

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

Sure we do! For high volume customers, like those processing more than 10,000 images a year, if you contact us we will provide you with a price quote customized to your image editing needs.

NEXT MORNING DELIVERY?

Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours or less. It’s pretty nice to have your images processed while you sleep; most of the time you can upload as you leave the office and have them waiting for you the next morning. Enterprise customers can place a rush on orders and have images back in a few hours.

How is the Premium reading experience different?

All advertisements and monetization services have been removed from the Premium site. By doing this we’re able to load the site even more quickly and create a completely optimized and interruption-free reading experience.

How much does Premium cost?

A subscription to the faster, ad-free Premium experience costs $3.99 a month, or $39 a year. With a 30-day free trial, you can try Premium risk free, and cancel online at any time.

Can I join if I don’t have a Facebook account?At this time we only support logging in through Facebook.

Does the Premium reading experience include third-party ad trackers?

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous web traffic data which helps us understand how our site and content are performing. We use IP address anonymization to ensure your privacy. You can also restrict how your Google Analytics data is used on other sites here.The Premium reading experience removes all other third-party analytics services, monetization services, and ad-tracking software.

How is my browsing data used?

We record anonymous page view and web analytics data to operate the Premium service and to help us understand how our site and content are performing. We use IP address anonymization to ensure your privacy and we do not share, sell, or use your data for ad targeting.How is my email address used?Your email address is used for communication related to features and offerings of the Premium service. We will never sell or provide your email address to third-parties.

Can I change the email address associated with my subscription?

By default we will use the email address associated with your login information. If you would like to receive emails at a different address you can change your contact information in your account settings.How do you handle credit card information?We use Stripe to process credit card payments. Your information is securely transmitted to Stripe and stored only in their systems. You can read more about Stripe’s security practices here.

How do I change my subscription type?

You can edit your subscription type in your account settings.

If you select a different subscription type, the change will take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your account settings. Edit your subscription type and select “Cancel subscription.” If you cancel your subscription during a free trial, your subscription will be deactivated immediately. Any remaining time in your free trial will still be available if you activate your subscription in your account settings. If you cancel your subscription after the free trial, it will no longer automatically renew each billing period. Once the current billing period runs out, you will no longer have access to the Premium experience. You can re-subscribe at any time from your account settings page.

How do I delete my account?

To request that we delete your account information, please email support@tempestpremium.com from your contact email address and request account deletion. If you have an active subscription it will be cancelled. You will be notified once all of your information has been deleted from our systems.
